Participants will compare 20‑year total cost of ownership (TCO) across hybrid\, pure hydrogen\, and diesel systems\, evaluate real‑world ROI (including fossil fuel penalties)\, and optimise system integration. Through case studies\, such as Norled’s MF Hydra\, HySeas III\, and Singapore’s zero‑emission ferry concepts\, participants will also learn to navigate funding mechanisms and incentives for retrofits.
