The committee encourages the adoption of digital bunkering solutions—such as electronic Bunker Delivery Notes (e-BDN), Just-In-Time delivery systems, and productivity platforms—to improve operational efficiency and transparency.

Human Capital
The committee encourages the adoption of specialised training for bunker tanker crews, including electric bunker tankers, with a focus on safety, operational excellence, and new fuel handling capabilities.

Green Bunker Ecosystem Development
The committee supports the adoption of alternative fuels through standards setting, green certification of bunker tankers, parcel delivery infrastructure, and readiness for B100 biofuels.
