Headed by Executive Director Mr Loh Chun How, the Secretariat is made up of a dedicated team of professional staff who deliver comprehensive support and service to the membership body.
The team handles the Association’s administrative affairs, training programme, events, media relations, marketing, and support the smooth operations of all committees and workgroups. We are also the appointed programme partner for Workforce Singapore’s (WSG) Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for the Sea Transport sector and serve as a Centre of Excellence for workforce transformation for the industry.
The team also provides secretariat support to the Federation of ASEAN Shipowners’ Association (FASA) and the Safe Navigation and Environment Committee (SNEC) of the Asian Shipowners’ Association (ASA).
